Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vice Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Vice Lab is an AI-powered photo transformation tool that recreates uploaded images in a GTA VI-inspired visual style.
• The service is currently in beta. Output quality may vary and is not guaranteed.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Non-consensual deepfakes or realistic impersonations of real, identifiable individuals.
• Illegal content, nudity, graphic violence, or hate speech.
• Discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups based on any protected characteristic.
• Any use intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Automated access, scraping, or reverse engineering of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any prohibited use without prior notice and without refund.

• You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Vice Lab a limited, temporary license to process your image solely for the purpose of generating your result.
• AI-generated results are yours for personal, non-commercial use on all paid and free plans.
• Commercial use is reserved for Pro subscribers, subject to applicable laws and third-party intellectual property rights.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you upload.

Vice Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. GTA VI is a registered trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. All rights reserved to their respective owners.

• Free users receive 1 transformation per device, tracked via browser localStorage.
• Free results include a Vice Lab watermark identifying them as AI-generated.
• This limit may be changed at any time without notice. It is a courtesy limit and not a contractual right.
• Circumventing the free limit (e.g., clearing localStorage) violates these Terms.

• Pack S (2€ one-time): 4 transformations, no watermark, no expiry.
• Pack L (5€ one-time): 15 transformations, no watermark, no expiry.
• Pro (7€/month): 30 transformations per month, no watermark, renewable monthly subscription. Can be stacked with Packs for extra credits.
• All payments are processed by Stripe - secure and PCI DSS certified.
• Prices are in euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. Vice Lab reserves the right to update pricing with 15 days' notice.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

• Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if a verified technical failure prevented your transformation from completing.
• No refund is issued once a transformation has been successfully delivered.
• Unused Pack credits (Pack S, Pack L) are non-refundable after the 48-hour window.
• To request a refund, contact vicelabapp@gmail.com with your order details.

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for the use you make of AI-generated results, including any legal issues arising from their distribution or publication.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of France. EU consumers also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
